Appointments are highly recommended — especially on weekends — to ensure you receive the personalized experience you deserve. While we gladly welcome walk-ins when a bridal consultant is available, reserving an appointment allows us to dedicate our full attention to you and make the most of your time in-store.

A credit card is required to secure all appointments. Your card will only be charged in the event of a no-show or if the appointment is canceled within 24 hours of your scheduled time. A $50 fee will apply for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or for missed appointments.

Private appointments require a 48-hour cancellation notice.

One of our bridal consultants will personally confirm your appointment by phone prior to your visit.
